Opel at least seem to have it. They partnered with Pixar to create a "Cars"-alike commercial for an Opel Meriva summer promotion. I haven't found it at YouTube nor Google Video yet, but let me know when you do so I'll add it up here. I have only seen it on television so far and although it seems like a commercial with a lot of potential in the online, you hardly find anything about it for the moment and you'll find it even harder to find it on the Opel website… Nice commercial, missed opportunity?
