Your struggling with RSS readers and the huge amount of feeds sounds very familiar. I’ve tried them all, from Bloglines to Netvibes. With BlogBridge I’m very satisfied for several months now. I like the smartfeeds, the performance and the usability. Take a look at it, I would say.

Check the smart feed features. They i.e. offer direct links to del.icio.us users and tags.
