Incredibly stunning vector art!

Whooah! This is really amazing. Yesterday I saw this image in a post and I could hardly believe that it was real. While surfing around for some more information which reassured me that it was. Here you can see the wireframe and here are some screens from during the process. So to be clear, this is all Illustrator work, no photographs.

I also got to this Masters of Adobe Illustrator site (thanks Matth) that shows some work of Yukio Miyamoto that is really cool as well. Here’s one image to get the taste of his work as well.
